All right, title, and interest in the Content belongs to the Contributing Scientists who provided data to bandedbirds.org. Registered Users may not use the Content in any manner that infringes on the intellectual property rights or proprietary interests of the Contributing Scientists.
ACCESS TO CONTENT AND SERVICES
A “Registered User” is defined as any person who has successfully registered an account with bandedbirds.org.
Only Registered Users of bandedbirds.org may access the Content of this website. Registered Users agree that they will not:
